How do I activate my SIM Card?When you have received your SIM card, simply click the activate button on your email to activate your SIM card.

Who would my plan be with?Your plan will be with The SIM Warehouse directly. Choose your network and let us do the rest.

Can I keep my mobile number?Yes! You’ll just need to request your PAC code from your old network. Simply text the word PAC to 605075. We will then transfer you number over seamlessly to your new plan.

Do you supply handsets?No. The SIM Warehouse does not supply handsets. We are here for all your SIM only needs.

How do I pay my bill?The SIM Warehouse will take an automatic payment each month using the card details you originally placed your order with.

How long is the contract?The SIM Warehouse offers three choices of contract terms. 24 Months, 12 Months and Monthly Rolling plans. Choose the best option for you.
